How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship in 2-7 days. Some items in my shop can take longer depending on the customization and creative process time. It's always best to place your party date in the notes provided at checkout. Orders are shipped first class 2-5 days or Priority 2-3 days depending on the weight. Ordering last minute and need your order shipped priority? Email me for shipping upgrade.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

You will be notified when your order is shipped through the email address you provided when placing your order.

What if I don't receive my order in time for my party?

If you don't receive your order in time for your party, just send it back to the return address and you will get a full refund of the product. (shipping costs not included)

Where can I find my tracking number?

You can find your tracking number in your paypal account. Didn't pay with paypal? Email me at frolicandfrills@hotmail.com and I will forward your tracking information to you.

How do I download my PDF files after purchase?

You can download your files by logging into Frolic and Frills with your username and password. Click on the files link and download from there.

How many times can I print the PDF files?

You can print your files as many times as you want! After downloading the files to your computer, they are yours to print whenever you want and as many times as you need.

Are the PDF files customizable?

I am happy to customize any products, including PDF files. If you want any of these files to be customized or changed in anyway, email me prior to your purchase so I can set up a custom listing for you. You will get up to 3 drafts to make sure your file is exactly how you need it to be.

What if items from my order arrive damaged?

If your items arrive damaged please email me so I can replace the items asap.

Why are the prices in Etsy higher than prices in Frolic and Frills?

Etsy charges me listing fees and a percentage of my sales, as well as a second party for processing payment. At frolicandfrillspartyshop.com I avoid those extra costs and fees so I am able to sell my products at a more reasonable price. Thank you so much for placing your order with Frolic and Frills!
